It's difficult to put into a few words how incredible Kristi and Adam Israel were throughout my home buying experience. I haven't owned home in 20 years so this was special time for me. Kristi was patient, kind, and really listened to everything that I wanted in a home. Adam held my hand while wading through the financials of buying a home. His knowledge of the industry and the best way to approach purchasing a home with every possible nuance was so reassuring. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to establish my parameters of what I could afford and be approved for. I knew within hours that I could really look for home to make my own. I found one fairly quickly and even though there were a lot of hoops to jump through Christy and Adam were by my side the whole time even helping me get the house spruced up a little to pass the appraisal stage. They are not just outstanding professionals, they're kind/caring human beings. Having complete trust in every document sent to me was in my best interest and not legalese to trap & confuse me was so refreshing! I could go on and on. I can't imagine having a better experience with anybody else.
We have had Kristi as our realtor for the second time now and will definitely continue to have her in any and all of our future needs.
