I utilized Cynthia as my out of state sales agent. She stayed in touch over a long period of time and we finally listed. I appreciated her earning the listing and staying in touch over the winter.
The pictures and drone work was exceptional (hired out and still the best I've seen). The home went under contract fast (days) and we had a long closing period due to lender/title company issues. She stayed on top throughout the process and had a relationship that was helpful at the end.
I know she is available long days and knows when to text, email and call depending on the importance of the situation. She is knowledgeable and capable.
I would suggest any buyer or seller spell out what's expected and she will stay on track and get it done. If your home doesn't sell right away, what do you expect her to do? Inspections are critical and you may want her to attend. Cynthia's attendance at the final walk through was important and helpful for all parties.
Overall, I would use Cynthia again and have referred her to a family member which is the greatest compliment!
