As a seller, the experience was even more so amazing. I was extremely stressed and nervous. My husband was out of state working for another company and we were in the middle of remodeling the kitchen. Because Mary Sue never lost touch she was always checking in after we closed on our home originally I knew I needed her guidance to sell our home. From day 1, she had contractors, junk removal, cleaners and everything else I could need to push the renovations into high gear to get the house ready. Between her and Derek, they were both checking in often or offering help in any way to get the home ready to list in a short amount of time. Since we were relocating out of state, she even found us an another amazing realtor in Atlanta that helped us find our dream home remotely. I honestly dont think I would have been able to handle the entire process with any other realtor.
