Nick is informative, responsive, and honest throughout the home buying process. I started looking for a home in May 2020, and he helped me research properties to look at on a Friday night and was able to schedule an appointment for all of them the next day (early in the COVID-19 pandemic, most open houses were by appointment-only). He was also open to seeing a home that I didn't think I was serious about but fell in love with the idea of - it was an older house and well under budget, so it seemed too good to be true. As it turned out, the other houses we looked at that day were not the right fit, and Nick was able to help me put in a reasonable offer on the "too good to be true" home the next day, and 45 days later I closed on the house! Nick has also been great to work with post-sale and gives god advice/ recommendations on furniture, home maintenance (e.g. NH Saves program), etc. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a home in NH! 2020
