We started with another agent when looking at houses but Jocelyn was assisting with all documentation needed for making offers and searching for homes that met our criteria. Due to unforseen circumstances our original agent was not able to finish the buying process with us. Luckily Jocelyn was able to take over and keep everything moving forward. She was helpful with any questions and quick to respond. Because of my work and family obligations, I would sometimes send her messages late at night, not expecting a response until the next day.
