Shaun was awesome to work with. She helped answer my endless questions over phone calls, emails and texts. She was super responsive and helped me with odd requests - like getting a hand drawn floor plan of the apartment so that I could make sure my furniture orders would work! She also helped to ensure I had all documentation for the Coop application process & felt comfortable throughout the process.
