We inherited a condo at Arrow Point when my father passed recently, and hired Daniel Preston to be our real estate agent. We are in Atlanta, and the property is in Idaho, so we thought it was going to be more difficult to get it ready and sold. Daniel was great! He really knows the area and the property. We were concerned about the appraisal being high enough, but Daniel was able to structure it so it was no problem either way.
