I started my house buying experience kind of on a whim. Rent was getting higher and I was ready to make a change, but did not even know where to start. When I tell you this sale was a test of Summer's and My own patience, it was a literal FINAL EXAM. If you want a real estate agent that is patient, will go over every single option you have, won't stop won't rest until everything is handled and done, AND somehow still finds a way to fit some humor in there, then Summer is your girl! She had my back for this entire sale, even when everything that could go wrong for the buyers went wrong which in turn made things go wrong for me as the seller, she somehow pulled everything together and we made it to the finish line. This is the fourth transaction I have made with Summer, bought two houses, sold two houses, and I have learned not everything goes as smoothly as you might think or hope for each time. The great thing is even when things didn't go as planned, she always had another option for me and it always worked out. That's the most important part of having a relationship with your realtor. It was an absolute delight working with Summer! We made the decision to purchase our first home this year and she made the process so much easier. As first-time home buyers during a total sellers market, this process was so intimidating, but from the first phone call, Summer made everything so palatable and easy. She was honest about what amenities and features we could get within our budget and set our expectations from the beginning. She quickly picked up on our tastes and sent us suggestions. Summer performed beyond our expectations. She always kept us in the loop, guided us to a great inspector, repairman, electrician, and air condition guy. When we hit a couple of snags in the paperwork and with the manager over the condos, she again advocated for us as well as contacted the appropriate people to help us solve a few issues. We were unable to physicallysee the condo at the time we were looking. Summer FaceTimed us and walked us through everything and was there FaceTiming when the inspector came.
