Devins consistent transparency and communication of the whole process is what makes a client feels safe and secure. He handles business in a way that everything is processed ethically and professionally. I truthfully believe other realtors could learn from his service handling and empathetic approach, when doing business and he puts you and your family as priority and ensures everything is handled to the best of your benefit. I've done business with him in the past and the only thing that's changed is moving from a buyer to a seller, there is not one single thing that was negative from this entire experience I can mention let alone think of. When I say he has delivered and set the bar for realtor services, as a friend I firmly believe in doing business with Devin for all of my service needs. I seriously hope he continues his realtor services for a long time as my siblings and I are all now discussing our future homes within the next 1-5 years and are set on using his service again.

Devin went above and beyond my greatest expectations for a realtor! Was always available and patient. Always made sure we understood exactly what was going on and built up rapport by asking about our family and telling us about his. He gave us realistic expectations of whether houses could be negotiated into our price range or not. He even got me information on the local MOPS group and gave us some suggestions on churches since we just moved from out of state. I cannot imagine a better experience then what we had working with Devin. Will 100% be using him if we purchase again.
Devin provided absolutely superb service. From April 2018 (when we began searching) to our closing in October, our desires changed significantly. Devin remained flexible, accessible, and knowledgeable throughout. He was always responsive to texts/calls/emails and we were always able to set up showings within a few days. He was always helpful and knowledgeable regarding anything of which we were unsure.
