Jay is top notch, absolutely the best in every aspect. My husband and I were needing to sell our home of 34 years on our own, a daunting task. Jay contacted us with a potential buyer and upon our first meeting I knew he was a committed agent and what a great and friendly personality. An acceptable offer was presented, unfortunately within a couple week of closing the offer fell thru due to personal reasons for the buyers. Jay was so genuinely upset for all parties involved. Since I was so sold on Jays character and professionalism, I contacted him and asked if we should find a buyer would he be interested in brokering the deal for us - no hesitation he said yes! Within a month we had someone else interested in our home and they did not have an agent - we put them in contact with Jay and an accepted offer was presented within a couple days! For the buyers it was going to be a VA loan and they went thru an arduous process to say the least but Jay was there the entire time keeping us posted and assuring us the outcome we were needing was going to happen. We finally closed - literally all thanks to Jay and his diligent work ethic! This young man is the real deal - thank you Jay!!
