Justin was amazing. As out of state buyers, we wanted to see as many properties as we could during our week in Kentucky. After learning a little more about us, he showed us our dream house. His expertise on local real estate market values helped with the negotiations. We made the offer and it was accepted right before we left the state for home. Justin came to every inspection, estimation, and appraisal on our behalf. He checked in with us several times a week.
