I never wanted to buy a house. It's not that I never wanted to OWN a house, but so much of what goes along with it - and particularly the process of acquiring one - always sounded like an absolute nightmare.
When I found myself somehow about to begin this process, in a town with exceptionally high demand in a market that's ALREADY deeply stacked against buyers, I turned to Sam in hopes that he might help us muddle through. The experience drastically exceeded my hopes.
Sam took a horrible-sounding process that I never wanted to engage in and made it pleasant, a legitimately enjoyable experience. Over the course of this time, Sam maintained an impressive focus and attention on our search.
