I didn't have a realtor going into the home buying process so I had one randomly select one for me and the stars aligned that day to be paired with Melissa! I was skeptical because I have pretty high standards and expectations of anyone that is working for/with me. I needed someone that had a prompt response time, someone that is honest, someone to teach me about the process (first-time homebuyer here!) and above all else, be realistic with me and make sure I wasn't making any emotional decisions. Melissa went above and beyond and significantly exceeded my expectations as a realtor. We immediately connected on our first showing together and it was all uphill from there. Melissa was open and honest about each house that we saw - which was close to 100 - and would point out both the positives and negatives to ensure my decision making was sound. Even though I knew she had multiple other clients, I still felt like I was her only one with how quickly she would get back to me every single time, she always made sure she was available which is exactly what I wanted and needed. On top of being incredibly good at her job, she is kind, down to earth and hilarious. Not only did I get a house out of this experience, but I gained a friend. My husband and I recently sold our home to have a house built on the water. I work at local credit union where we are partners with a mortgage company. I ask them for a reference for a realtor. They gave me Melissa Hadsall's name. She has been friendly, helpful and always responded to my husband and I promptly. She has been great and made this experience much less stressful. I recommend her highly!
