Weve used Lori to sell our last house, and purchase our most recent home. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, super responsive, flexible, and committed. She made our most recent purchase so much less stressful by always being one step ahead in the process. She had an awesome inspector lined up, a fantastic mortgage broker, recommended a painter were using, and addressed issues and removed roadblocks as they came up (which included several surprises that required a lot of extra time and hassle for her to resolve). I normally dont write reviews- the exception is when my experience has been bad or, as in this case, good. Working with Lori has been nothing but a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The condo property was a difficult sell- declining neighborhood, building in disrepair, and frankly the condo itself in much need of remodeling and cosmetic improvements. Nevertheless, Lori, always the consummate professional, persisted with multiple showings, making practical suggestions and recommendations along the way, yet never insistent or overpowering. I would recommend Lori without any reservation whatsoever. 2022
