Being an out-of-town buyer added extra stress to the search process for me, but Felicia went the extra steps of FaceTime tours, final inspections and coordinating around my work schedule to complete the process. When I found houses I was interested in at the last minute, Felicia worked outside of normal hours to set up tours, which turned out to be incredibly meaningful as this was how I found the house I'm ending up with. During home tours and inspections, she provided contractor/inspector-like details to point out potential issues or put my mind at ease that it "was normal to see these kind of things in the Denver market."

There are a great many talented, dedicated real estate professionals in the Denver metro area. I talked to some of them while searching for the right agent/broker to sell two estate homes fifty miles apart. Because my own home is 1,500 miles away, the person I needed had to be a first-class project manager, a juggler, and a bit of a magician. Felicia Tomlinson turned out to be all these things and more. She listened intently as I discussed my situation and immediately came up with strategies that would not only save me time and money, but also would garner top selling prices. Felicia deftly laid out her plan, sold me on it, then proceeded to deliver on every aspect. In short, Felicia was phenomenal. She was able to assemble and manage an incredibly responsive and conscientious team to prepare the properties for listing while I was out of town. When anything unexpected came up (as is usually the case in real estate deals), she jumped in immediately and devised a creative solution. The end results: property one went from listing to closing in a little over two weeks, and property two, in less than 30 days. Both properties sold for significantly higher than their listing prices. I cannot recommend Felicia enough for any first time home buyer! I had reached out to her after I had signed a contract with another agent who was massively underperforming. She scheduled a meeting with me the next day and we began seeing places the day after. Having just purchased our first house, I cannot imagine doing this without a realtor. Felicia took care of so many details that we would never have been able to do on our own.
