Kelsey without question is the best agent we have ever had. I am 77 years old and had numerous houses in my life and there has never been anyone as orderly as detail and made sure that every item is dotted and Ts crossed. If the entire real estate market was as good as Kelsey then there would be many many good experiences as opposed to bad experiences. Before my house was really listed Chelsea had just by chance knew that there was a contract ready to come at full offer. She kept a file of everything that was done and then presented a notebook with binder and tabs for all of the sections to us at the completion of the closing. When work like this is done there is no desire to negotiate commissions as she works hard and earns every penny. She has now sold three houses for us and our friend across the street from the first house Kelsey in one day sold that and it was at a to $200,000 gain and we would have never expected it to sell that quickly at that price another good job - for all 3 parties. Kelsey does a great job for all with whom she represents and Keller Williams has a gem.
