Padgett is known to be one of the best realtors in the area and I expected her definite understanding of the markets. She didn't disappoint. But we didn't anticipate her attention to detail and the list of referrals to help in the process, such as painters, home staging, handyman, electricians, inspectors - regardless what was needed, Padgett had a connection. And, they all were excellent. But what makes me appreciate Padgett, she's a workaholic. She is working early mornings, late nights, holidays, weekends and even throughout her vacation. And if Padgett says she will do something, she follows through even at her own expense. My wife and I never felt forced.
