My wife and I were on our own looking at houses to start the hunt for our first home purchase. We wandered into an open house that Ray Podesta was showing. He immediately greeted us with enthusiasm and energy, making us feel as though we already knew who he was. The biggest thing we recall from our first encounter was how he clearly showed an keen interest in holding his attention to us. We were in the basement of a house during an open house when someone else came in. Instead of ignoring us to run off to the new comer, he made sure he completed what we were discussing / addressing our questions first. Many people focus on quantity over quality, and he did not. Throughout the home buying process he made himself available almost 24/7 with whatever we needed. When we would communicate to Ray via text, phone, or e-mail we could expect a response from him within the hour.

Ray is clearly a driven, customer focused agent who will do everything he can to help someone find their home. He doesn't push more expensive houses just to receive a higher commission but instead will listen to exactly what the buyer is looking for. He gave us great recommendations along the way and helped us successfully navigate the home buying process. I would (and already have) recommended Ray Podesta to friends and coworkers who will be potential home buyers in the near future.
