Just closed on the third property Kathy has sold for us. All three went extremely well. Kathy has demonstrated her excellent knowledge, skills and work ethic in all three (including doing an open house on Mother's day last year!). She handled a complicated 1031 exchange sale, an elderly friends home which needed sprucing up (Kathy knew who to call), and found a good buyer quickly in today's slower market.
