We have worked with Mike on buying and selling now. Very organized, stays on top of communication and is poor blank on what needs to be said or done. I love the honesty (even if we didn't want to hear it :) ) He helps get the repairs don for our old house at a great price and did everything ... Will always refer Mike in The Villages area.
I picked Michael from the fact that he was prior Navy. I am glad we did. We bought our house without seeing it in person and Michael made sure we knew what we were getting, made sure repairs from inspection was done and made videos of the progress... I will definitely use him again and have told my friends also.
I would not use anyone else in the area for real estate... He found our new home and people to help with upgrades we wanted to do and sold our Villa at top dollar. We always tell our friends that Mike is the one to use.
Michael did more than we could of wanted and some things that are not in the job description I'm sure.... He cleaned he painted and did everything for us with our father's home because we were not in Florida to help put the sale.... You can tell he was military from the work ethic he has.
