John was thorough, he let us know what would be an ideal loan to make our transition from our old home to the new one for the least amount of headaches. He was on the ball with helping us stay ahead on every aspect that way we werent rushed in any way. When it came to looking for a home I have simple tastes and could probably live in a tent and be happy, my wife on the other hand is picky. John told us but mostly her not to pick anything that youre not going to love. When she finally picked a house she loved, John was precise on the amount to offer. His knowledge on the housing market made it so we were able to beat but just beat the other offers made. Then of course came the negotiations on some minor repairs that needed to be made and John really beat them down on that. When it came to selling our old home John let us know what people mainly want replaced and what not to replace. When we were ready to list, our old home went fast and above what we were asking. Having John by our side made everything on our end seamless and effortless.
