I cannot say enough great things about Brooke. This is not my first rodeo in buying a new home. Words cant describe how amazing of an experience working with Brooke was. In the end, we ended up taking home almost 14K more than we expected! Brooke also has an incredible photographer which I know went a long way in helping really push our sale. Our actual transaction ended up taking much longer than planned because of multiple errors and miscommunication on the Lender and Buyer side, but throughout the entire process Brooke was ahead of everything and made sure that both parties kept us informed on the status by being extremely firm, while remaining perfectly professional. Had we not had Brooke for this transaction Im positive it would have fallen through. Theres no other Agent I can see us using in all of our future home buying and selling.
