Our first experience with Guro was when we were trying to find a house to buy in Birmingham last year (2021) . She was thorough. She worked hard to find properties that fit our budget and specifications in a market that was nearly impossible! When our appraiser appraised the wrong house and sent really confusing images, Guro was the one who caught it and had them redo the appraisal(free of charge).
