don't do business with Carrie Cason.....screwed me out of my renters deposit and other repair cost I had made to a home I had rented for one year......wanted to buy but increased the quote on the home >$225,000 from what was listed.......wanted to raise the rent $1,000 a month since I wouldn't buy 2018
Carrie was always patient and willing to work with us during our numerous regrouping periods. There are no words to describe her patience, as I am admittedly demanding and detail oriented. Carrie was always there to find answers to my questions at any time of day on any day of the week. Her honesty and good hearted nature are not common in the real estate business, and I am thankful to have gotten to know her during my first year in Lake City. I'd recommend her to anyone in the area. I'm convinced she knows everyone in Columbia County and she really does keep up with the current inventory.
