Well, I'm not a big review writer but this time I would like to give some kudos to our Real Estate agent Alan Macloughlin that went so far above and beyond to help us find our new home. He took the time to find out what we really wanted during our initial office visit and narrowed the search down to about 15 homes (out of thousands I'm sure), he reviewed all of the homes first and then we went together and looked at 4 of the remaining but never really found what we liked. Alan told us about a couple great new construction deals that existed and we started down that road. He even came and picked up my better half to look at homes while I was working. We bought our dream home in Bradenton and could not be happier with the final choice. I will recommend Alan to all of our friends and family (I actually already have) and know that he will take amazing care of them.
