Cannot praise Jevon Clarke & his team enough. Our home had a signed contract within 24 hours of our listing going live. All inspection processes were scheduled & communicated to us promptly, along with all results. The minor repairs that were required per inspections were scheduled by Jevon & completed by a qualified, licensed contractor. All closing arrangements were handled by Jevon & his team. We needed to sign paperwork prior to actual closing date as we would be out of state which was again completely arranged by Jevon & his team. 2020

So, I've had an awful experience with Hamilton & Co. To start the buying experience was awful, both the selling agent and my buying agent work for Hamilton & Co and both of them ran their comps way wrong causing the house to go for no where near it's appraised value. Then, it stressed me and my wife to the point of almost backing out of the deal because the seller could no longer do something to help us out at closing that we needed. Best of all, my buying agent was rude and apparently didn't understand the importance of time when it comes to peoples jobs. Also, when I tried to express that I couldn't just take days off to hopefully accomplish something for this my realtor told me "That's just how real estate works." I'm not sure who exactly Hamilton & Co uses for their home inspection company, but they don't do their job. I trusted this company to help me and my wife buy a house we could live in safely and not have to worry about and we got exactly the opposite. This really stinks because we were referred to this company by a guy who has used them to buy a house on 3 separate occasions, he is ashamed to have referred us and I would be too. Unless you want absolute grief and misery, don't use Dan Hamilton & Co. 2019
