Christine has been a God-send for me. I moved across the country for work, mid-pandemic and bought my first house. Christine found more than enough houses for me to view and choose from, and kept looking until I was perfectly matched. She was also extremely knowledgeable about what things to look for that may need to be updated or addressed during the buying process, or later as an owner. A year and a half after purchasing my first house, I moved again for work and Christine was kind enough to help me house hunt an hour and a half away from her area. She also helped me sell both houses 2 years later, and negotiated beautifully. All four transactions were handled extremely quickly, and efficiently (30 days or less from offer to move-in for all four transaction). I cannot say enough good things about this woman. She is an amazing realtor, and a pleasure to be around for such stressful events. She has been available 24/7 through both processes, and has prepared for everything, always several steps ahead, making everything a breeze for me. Viewing properties with Christine Goodman is fun (she loves what she does)! Any question I had was researched & answered within a couple of hours. When I asked to see a property or she found one for me, we were able to view it in a day or 2. Her negotiating skills were excellent. She knows the real estate market (current & future) offering sound advice on property use & improvements. I am impressed that she supports local businesses & gives back to Veterans. Christine was incredibly patient with us as our choices for property did change. She kept in the loop as to any new properties that were coming on the market, and any others that she thought we might be interested in. She would meet with us any hour that I had off and could meet with her, I felt sorry for her family! And when it was all said and done we ended up with a great piece of property at a great price!
