I am going through a difficult time in my life and Sherry took everything to heart and blessed us with her knowledge of the market, promptness and overall kindness. She was always just a quick phone call away and answered every question and eased every concern that we had. She made the selling process easy and she was a joy to work with. Sherry went way over and beyond what she was required to do and you could tell it was coming from a sincere place. Sherry Hancock has assisted me more than once in real estate transactions, and again this time, things went smoothly, professionally and everything turned out satisfactorily in my opinion. Buying a condo in Evansville from several states away gave me pause, but Sherry walked me thru all the hurdles encountered along the way. As always, Sherry went further than what was just necessary, helping with dealing with repairs on the property, arranging a cleaner and painter, suggesting decorating touches and giving other friendly assistance that was greatly appreciated.
