He's one of those people you know is good at his job the moment you meet him. He exudes a 'realness' or down to earth quality that ensures your future is in good hands. You know immediately you're not going to be pressured or persuaded, but rather, listened to and accommodated. In time he would come to prove that our initial impression of him as true and then some.
Throughout our home buying process we encountered a number of hurdles when locking down the place we wanted to call home. These bumps in the road were smoothed by Tony's ability to simplify the problem and solve it. One of the things about Tony I appreciated the most was that he was always available. Any day of the week if I had a question I could text him and expect a response immediately or if my question had a follow up, it was taken care of in no time. Overall, my experience with Tony was more than satisfactory. It was even pleasant. My husband and I just purchased our first home and I can honestly sit here and say if it wasn't for Tony Paolo, we would have been lost. Tony knew that that our life long dream was to become home owners. We never thought it would be possible for us. He sent me a message one day of this beautiful home and said this is YOUR house. He was right, it was. Not thinking we could qualify he encouraged us to to give it a go and sure enough here I am sitting here in this big, old, beautiful house and its ours!
We had never gone through this process before and we clearly had no idea what we were doing, but he kept us in the loop so we always knew what to expect. We had quite an adventure finding our first home. We got our first preapproval two years ago, went under contract for the first time 9 months ago, and then had a realtor never reach out to us again after a home contract fell through. This left us a little unsure of our plans, but when it was time to find another realtor we decided to meet with Tony because he was local. When we had our first sit-down meeting with Tony, we were going to school and working, and he had to fit himself around our schedules in order to meet with us. Tony showed up prepared with some ideas of his own, and went home with some of our own ideas as well. This pretty much set the tone for our showings. We had last minute 7:00PM showings, we had planned showings that had to be cancelled, and at one point we had a day off of work and Tony was scheduled to be showing us 10 houses in one day. He was accommodating, flexible, and pleasant to work with. He never pushed us to offer on a home that wasnt exactly what we wanted, and when we tried to talk ourselves into offering on something that didnt fit the standards we had laid out for him, he was there to remind us of what we wanted in a home. Here we are, just three months after that first sit-down with Tony, sitting in our perfect first home and writing this review! From the beginning I was actually using a different realtor. I felt that they werent working for me or really helping me make my first home buying experience what I wanted. After a while and a few recommendations I decided to switch. After the first meeting and viewing of a house with Tony I could tell I made the right choice.
Tony was beyond what I expected from a realtor. Very friendly and informative. The whole process took a lot longer than I expected and I was being a bit picky but he stuck with me, being patient and not pushing to settle for something I didnt want. Any question I had he either had an answer or made sure to go find the answer for me. He worked well with all of the inspectors and my lenders which made everything extremely easy for me. He did everything he could to make sure as a buyer I was taken care of and that I was getting a good and fair deal, along with making sure I understood everything.
When the time comes for me to sell and/or buy another house I will be using Tony again, and I will always recommend him to anyone. 10/10 made my experience better. 2018
