Kay was wonderful to work with from start to finish! We purchased a home in Bella Vista, during the time of COVID, from Germany since my husband and I are retiring from the Army shortly. Kay handled everything diligently as if she were taking care of a dear friend. She immediately responded to every single text, e-mail, or call - day or night. We bought this house completely sight-unseen based on Kays recommendations and virtual walk-thrus. Kay even went above & beyond by cutting up a fallen tree in the backyard *after* closing since my husband and I are still in Germany and couldnt get to it.
