Karleen went above and beyond to help us find and secure our perfect house on the water. There was competition for the property and she helped us position ourselves to be the selected buyer. Her relationships and resources in the area are tremendous. After closing, she helped connect us with reliable vendors for work which was needed and has stayed in touch to make sure we are enjoying our new home. She is relationship oriented. I highly recommend her and would work with her again.
