Now, I am not the easiest to please when it comes to house shopping and Holly went above and beyond for me during this scary, big process helping smooth every bump in the road. Holly was awesome to work with. She helped us not only to buy a house but also sell a house at the same time. Never did I think our house would have sold so quickly and she tried so hard to tell me it would. In 2 days we had sold our house, and bought a new house. She walked us through things, answered all of our questions regardless of time, and was always so friendly. We were able to work through illnesses and covid related delays with no issues. We started the process on a whim, not positive we'd be able to get the property, but Holly was available immediately to guide us through the process. We asked if we could see the property fast and she was able to provide us with a time to immediately see the property the same day. We offered and she got us our house, the next day, she had execellent guidance on how to negotiate with multiple offers existing on the house, but when the deadline came our offer was chosen. There were a few other hiccups from lenders but in hindsight worked out perfectly(closing time and day).
Would recommend highly with the knowledge of county and city and prompt response and guidance, we were first-time buyers so we had plenty of questions.
Holly was fantastic in every way possible.
