As far as we can tell Brad pretty much knows everything about houses. Hes also a great resource if you need to find someone to work on your house. We recommend him to everyone that is looking to buy a house or sell a house.
Brad sold our old house. We met and showed him the house on a Thursday, was listed on Saturday and had 12 offers, and accepted an offer by Sunday. Gave some great advice and pointers prior to all showings. Would definitely work with Brad again down the road if ever need to purchase or sell again!
