First of all, Travis Talleys team is the cream of the crop! We found Travis thru Dave Ramseys Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) program. My wife and I have followed Daves 7 Baby Steps to get out of debt and build wealth, so it was important to us to find the right home that was within our budget and have a realtor who understood our wants and needs. Travis team stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. I am active duty military and was stationed overseas, and my wife was still living in California before we moved to Florida, so we knew it was going to be a big challenge to find a house in a crazy sellers market. Travis, Heather, and Alysia are top notch! They came recommended from another guy in my squadron who's house sold within 3 days of signing with Travis. Ours took about 2 weeks, but Travis told us to stand firm because the right buyer was out there who wanted our updated, modern home, with 2.3 acres and a horse barn. We got more than we expected from the sale too! Their whole team is a pleasure to work with. I had questions at all hours of the day and evening, but Travis answered them all! Even though we already had nice photos, Travis hired their photographer to take new ones and they were amazing! Also, Heather staged our house beautifully and did a full, stabilized video walk through that really made the home shine. When issues came up during the inspection, Alysia and Travis gave me tips on how to fix the items myself which saved me ~$400! When other issues arose, Travis negotiated agreements with the buyers and Title Company that were in our best interests. Travis's knowledge of the market and "go the extra mile" attitude, Heather's ability to beautify and display the home, and Alysia's careful handling of all of the specific documents and agreements are the reasons why I've already told my squadron and friends to buy/sell through Travis Talley (and team).
