We had the house from hell! This house had sat empty for quite a long time. My father was prepping for its sale with Lisa before he passed away. We entered probate then Covid hit! Everything became difficult and almost comical dealing with one issue after another. I lost it more than once and was about to throw in the towel, but Lisa pushed me forward and tackled every problem with a great attitude, professionalism, urgency, consistency and communication! She was super women!!!! I think anyone else would have quit and I was amazed with her determination to get the job done. We had originally reached out to JoAnn @ Jefferson Real Estate because she was a listing agent on one of the properties in which my husband and I were interested. While she called back, I mentioned to my husband that I didn't feel like she listened. She told me she'd set me up to receive notifications of new listings ...that was the last I heard from her ...she totally dropped the ball! ...what a blessing in disguise! We found Lisa's name on another property and placed a call to her. While she was on a road-trip with her kids, she still took time to speak with me and asked if she could get back with me the next day. She did exactly as promised! We chatted about a few properties in which we were interested. We chatted in particular about how looking at mountain property was different than looking for a house in the city. She educated us, sent plat maps, listings and hubby and I set out to discover our new mountain property.
