This man and his wife treats everyone like family never a harsh word or even an eye roll. They take their time and explain everything in a detailed manner like they were selling to my grandmother (awesome not demeaning) punctuate and excellent at communicating in a timely manner. I cant think of one time I called or texted and he did not answer or return the text or call within the hour.
