I had contacted Edgar about selling our current home and buying a new home. At the time my husband and I had no idea what to expect since we never had been through selling a home while shopping for a new home however Edgars dedication and knowledge made the process way smoother then we thought it would be.
Edgar started with offering to meet at our house for a free consultation giving us feedback on what we should fix with the current home we were selling and what we shouldnt bother fixing. He went over the estimated selling price our home could go for, he went over information on lenders he recommended would go above and beyond our previous experience with becu (which they certainly did), and what the process will be like if we had to sell contingent (which we ended up doing). He also took the time write down everything we were looking for in our new home. From that point we knew Edgar was the real estate agent we wanted to work with.
He never failed to call us or meet us last minute in Graham area. He worked tirelessly to not only sell our current home but find us our new home all while dealing with one us working graveyard shift.

This ended up being great advise as we never even made it to our open house since we recieved an offer on our house the second day it was live. His hard work and dedication resulted in us selling our home over listing price, closing on the home we were buying several days before closing on our home we were selling. We got a credit from the seller with all appliances all while being contingent. Edgar and his team were amazing! When I first met Edgar, he explained that his job is more about service than sales. He proved that again and again with his thorough knowledge of home industry and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Edgar would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Edgar also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with.
