Renee and FiveStar Real Estate did a top-notch job selling the family home after my parents passed away. There were numerous challenges, including the fact that the home was owned by my parents for 64 years, needed some repair work, and contained decades of "stuff" that had to be sold in an Estate Sale. Renee handled everything except the estate sale, while my brother and I lived in another state. She had to get plumbers to come out for some repairs, had to negotiate with the buyers, and had to re-list after the first buyers' funding fell through. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
