Pia Trotter handled the sale of my house between Cody and Powell in early 2023. She made the process easy for me. She handled items like asbestos inspection as well as what seemed to be the usual items like well water inspection. She caught small errors on forms (incorrect date for example or a missing initial). I have forgotten how many showings she did for my house - I had moved to Colorado before the showings.
I was especially impressed with her focus on following approved procedure; for example, she listed the house as having three bedrooms and two bonus rooms (rather than five bedrooms) because the two downstairs room did not have exit windows so should not be listed as bedrooms. I appreciate this honesty. You could not find a better realtor than Pia. I am so glad she was the one who sold my house.
