I've worked with Jeff now three times. He helped me purchase my first home well over a decade ago, helped me sell it in 2019 and was a great help in finding my new home in 2023. The process to finding my current residence was a lengthy one, it took over a year to find the right place. Jeff was always patient with me, was responsive to my inquiries and made himself available for showings on weekends and other times in order to work with my schedule. If Jeff couldn't show me a place he was sure to find someone else from his office to assist me. During showings Jeff was incredibly informative. While I was often wowed by esthetics he would often point out issues with the structure, furnaces and the like that I would never thought of, nor had the knowledge to notice. Jeff was an excellent buyers agent for us on our recent home purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local market, professional, friendly, quick to respond, and on top of things throughout the process. He helped us navigate a somewhat complicated transaction that started with us in backup position to another offer (which was new to us), but ultimately ended with us getting the home after some further negotiations and repairs (e.g., septic replacement).
