She is so prestigious and personable ... we feel well represented by her and know she will always leave a perfect first impression, which we perceive as important with property deals on cash buyer basis - her ability to communicate with all parties involved is always extremely helpful, especially when the negotiation process becomes difficult.
She's just awesome, all project partners simply love her.
Carolina supports us strongly in keeping tight time lines ... she is super-reactive and always (!) ready to organize even short term showings - her flexibility is outstanding !

Overall she has a lot of patience and supports us strongly during the decision making process.
