I had knowledge of Nikki's experience in this field, I had seen how she works with and for her clients and knew of her character, values, morals and priorities. Based on all of the above, I would not have went elsewhere. Nikki was beyond amazing during this process! She was patient, knowledgeable in all aspects or sought advice/insight from others when needed, was extremely detailed in explaining things, kept me updated throughout, she was determined to see it through every single bump we came across, offered positive words and affirmation, and answered my questions or eased my mind on numerous occasions and at all hours of the day! I couldn't have asked for or hoped for a better realtor! She is simply and unequivocally #1 in my eyes as a realtor and I will come to her for ALL future sales/purchases in the future!
