Jeremy was a fantastic person to work with on the sale of my condominium. For the last eight years, I have been an absentee owner of the property, and while I had tenants that I trusted, I had not actually seen my property for about five years. After my trusted tenants moved out, I contacted Jeremy who went in and did a visual assessment of the property and handled the three or four minor repairs that were needed. I was prepared to fly into town to take care of and/or coordinate this type of detail work myself. However, Jeremys professionalism and attentiveness put me at ease, and gave me confidence that everything was being handled in a top-notch manner.
