3. Understanding of, and ability to, complete the sales transaction documentation.
4. Ability and willingness to communicate, as well as the patience to explain the process to the seller.
5. Ability to quickly find prospective buyers.
6. Willingness to consistently and promptly respond to communication from the seller.
7. Ability and willingness to work with other real estate professionals who were part of the sales process.
8. Pleasant, upbeat personality.

Deborah was a joy to work with. Having never been in the area before, she was knowledgeable about the area and helped me search for my perfect home. She sent me multiple suggestions in all price ranges and when we finally found the right one, she worked tirelessly day and night to ensure this home would be ours. She was always available to answer my questions (no matter how silly) and was so friendly to me. Cant say enough about Debby! Highly recommend! Thank you for helping me acquire my dream home, Debby! Couldn't have done it without you!
