She was patient with me, she explained things to me, even when I asked them multiple times because I didn't understanGemmell. She is professional, and she knows her job well. If I ever had to sell another house in Delaware, I would not use anyone else besides Jen Gummel.

Thank you so much Jenn for getting Spencer and I in our dream home! We started the journey on our own and had no clue what we were doing. From seeing some of the worst houses to the government shutting down in the middle of our loan process, oh and me being 7 months pregnant on top of it thank god we turned to Jenn!! She made the process go smoothly from start to finish and best of all I didnt have to worry about a thing! (She even picked us up in the snow to go tour a house ) Not only did her loan processor get us approved for WAY more than we originally had on our own we even got money back at settlement!
