As a first time home buyer the process is stressful and not being a realtor, I had no idea what I was getting into. Gary was phenomenal with communications with sellers and myself, when trying to understand the bidding war phenomena. I cant tell you all how much I would recommend Gary. He worked so hard to get my family the perfect home. He was so personable and made it feel like a friendship rather than a business transaction.
