At the start Cindy was extremely strong in her communication. Once the offer was excepted things took a turn. My wife was informing me of inspection results of which We were told everything passed and its a solid condo. The truth is 2 electrical outlets were inoperable, the AC unit was 22 years old, and there was water intrusion on the back porch. We are new to FL and knew of no inspector. We let Cindy get the person and the listed above items were listed as good. To this date it has cost our personal finances near 5k to repair. My suggestion is Cindy look to a more detailed inspector. We also feel that once the closing date is enacted Realtors know there commission is set and onto the next deal without thoroughly closing out the current deal. We demanded the place be cleaned, it wasn't. We asked a wheelchair be removed and lock box off door. To current date lock box still on door. Our first time home buying in FL started great and ended below average. In today's times its all about the $$$$$
For several months I had worked with other realtors who were, how should i say this....scam artists, straight up lying, pushy, unprofessional and inappropriate to say the least. The moment I contacted Cindy, I felt that I had made a friend for life...and I have! Cindy had nothing but my best interest at heart, and she had me feeling comfortable in this previously stressful experience. Within a short time, she helped me find my forever home in my price range. She was nothing but kind, loving and professional. With the market as crazy as it is at this time, I recommend to EVERYONE to not use anyone other than Cindy Murphy. If I thought it was appropriate I'd tell you who not to use as well, but will refrain. This is about Cindy, and Cindy only....she is THE BEST. You'd be insane to not work with her...she will find you exactly what you are looking for no matter how long it takes, or the distance she must travel. As I write this, I am still going through the agony. Realtors Ive work with in the past made the experience exciting and easy. Cindy, on the other hand has turned it into a nightmare. First of all getting the closing date wrong was no big deal but it was concerning. Secondly Cindy gave me the wrong date for the home inspection. Since I was in Minnesota and the new house is in Florida, that, caused me to miss my flight screwed up the hotel and car reservation. Im still trying to get that straightened out. It also caused me to miss the inspection. To some people that would be no big deal but it was for me. Anyway She assured me she would be there and take videos of the inspection. Come time of inspection, she tells me that she will not follow the inspector and take video. So Im stuck in Minnesota worrying about everything and she only knows what she was doing during the inspection. Lastly the inspection company that she recommended is trying hard to charge me more than$900.00 for a home inspection. Im still trying to straighten that out. As of this time we are 2 1/2 weeks away from closing. Im just worried sick thinking about whats to come. This experience has been one of the most unsettling things Ive done. Most realtors make life easy. NOT THIS ONE. 2021
Working with Cindy was an absolute dream. She really made the sale of my house smooth and stress free. I was amazed at how many showings I had right after listing my home. In addition, Cindy kept in touch with the realtors and was readily available for any questions. I have already given my neighbors and friends her business cards. I highly highly recommend her!

As soon as I was connected to Cindy Murphy, she called me. I told her our frustration with the 'agents' we'd spoken to and how I felt their lack of interest was because of our low budget for the area. Regardless, for our ministry we needed a house in the area. Cindy jumped right on it and within a few days found a house we thought we could adjust to. However, when I mentioned my husband was willing to drive a little further, she immediately sent us links to houses in Port Saint Lucie within our budget. We found several we liked and one in particular. Without seeing it, we made an offer and she advised us to come down the day of inspection. We did that and discovered it had structural issues. Once again, Cindy got busy and we extended our stay for a couple days. The next morning we'd chosen six houses (at her suggestion) to see. We found our home that day. Cindy was beside us not only during the search, the process of purchasing it and closing long distance, but gave us valuable information on moving and places to obtain help as we needed it. She has kept in contact with us and we hope we've developed a long friendship out of this process. We will gladly, highly recommend her.
Having Cindy on our side while looking to purchase our home was wonderful she listened to our every need and want she helped us every step of the way she is truly professional and experienced she helped us find exactly what we wanted kept in constant contact made sure that we were happy when it is time for our next home we will surely call her . 2019

Cindy an outstanding job at both selling and finging me a new condo. From start to finish the the to felt like a leangthly journey took just under 4 months. It became a problematic sell of my condo with more then one offer falling through. Finaly a my condo sold. The sale had it's own issues. Including timing issues relating to closing and condo association related. With Cindy's positive proactive focus on kerping things going and communication and availability everything came together. Many of the same issues occurred with new condo search and purchase process she kept things moving forward pro me even in the darkest of moments. I was relocating from Lake Worth to Ft Lauderdale she id one of few who would service both areas. Happily with the intricacies and coordination of both transactions using a single source/person made it much easier. Through Cindy and my interactions we became friends as well which made the whole process more pleasant. Cindy is one in a million 6 star plus rating. 2019
Cindy stuck by me through what seemed like the longest and most stressful property purchase. She was patient; she kept up with constant communication; was supportive and helped me better than I can ever ask for. The seller made things a bit difficult here and there but overall Cindy knew how to deal with her and also get me the best deal during the transaction. I would recommend Cindy to anyone looking for good personalized service by a caring and professional realtor. 2019
