Jake was patient with our family and our situation. We felt our situation was unique in that we needed to move to a safer neighborhood somewhat quickly near my husband's place of work (which is downtown) that could house my floral studio (at least a garage's amount of space), fit our growing family, and be safe for our young boys all within a somewhat tight budget.
