Jonathan was a great asset in our first-time homebuyer search for a property. He helped us through the whole process and got us in to look at properties days after we contacted him. Okay what can I say about Jonathan. First, before I tell you about him here is a little info about me! We met Jonathan about a year ago. He was prompt and helpful at the showing which we found refreshing. We decided that it was not the house for us and moved on. Some months later, we found another house. Because Jonathan had been so helpful with the first showing, we called him again even though this house was not his listing. We made several offers and he was always there to advise and submit them promptly. Once the offer was accepted, we had multiple problems with the seller. It seemed that the sellers attorney, the commissioner, or title company was willing to help file the proper paperwork so we could close. Jonathan was always there calling these people for months to the point they would hardly returning his call. He went above and beyond his duty as a realtor to help us with the purchase.
