Colleen is the most experienced and knowledgeable realtor we have worked with. During home tours, she would point out issues (and good things) about each home. She provided a lot of guidance for us as young homebuyers and never pressured us to make a decision. Each time we found a home we liked, she was quick to book us a showing, usually within 24 hours! When we were ready to submit offers, she always worked with us all times of the day (even at 10pm on a Friday) to make sure we were putting our best offer out there. She always asked questions to understand exactly what we were looking for, and ultimately found us the perfect house. We couldn't be happier with the overall experience we had working with Colleen!
Colleen brings everything you want and need as a real estate agent. She is professional - interacted well with other agents connected with the buying of our house. Very knowledgeable - knew what needs to be known reference closing the deal and making a good decision on which offer to accept. Knows the local laws, ordinances and variances. She knew good questions to ask us, so that you we were considering all the things we needed to be thinking about before buying. She is caring, wanting our decision to be in our best interests. She gets a commission, but we didn't have any sense that how much she would get, was more important than we finding the right house for us.
When my husband and I retired and decided to relocate we instinctively called Colleen. She had been our realtor when we purchased our home, the same home, 25 years prior. During a pandemic is not the best time, but she had it all covered. She really gets to know her clients, as family and you can be assured that everything she does is in their best interest. She will shoulder all the little details for you, which is a huge relief during any move. She is just a really really good person, and takes what she does very seriously, and makes it possible for the whole process play out seemlessly; even if you hit a road bump. Although we felt the initial listing price was high (for the borough), we gave it a try. Eventually the sweet spot was found and the house was sold. Having said that, we are happy with Colleen and all her efforts. Would gladly recommend her to others. 2019
